HAI PHONG, Vietnam (AFP) – At least three people are dead and more than a dozen others are missing after Super Typhoon Yagi hit northern Vietnam on Saturday afternoon, state media reported.

The storm ripped off steel roofs from houses in Quang Ninh province, killing three residents, state media said, citing local and national disaster control authorities.
