A wildfire erupted on Mount Garač in Montenegro’s Danilovgrad Municipality on 8 March 2025, spreading quickly due to dry conditions and strong winds. Firefighters, including aerial units from the Protection and Rescue Directorate, worked to contain the flames and protect nearby communities.
