Denmark is a Nordic country in Northern Europe consisting of the Jutland peninsula and numerous islands, located between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. It has a temperate maritime climate, low-lying terrain and extensive coastlines. The country is recognized for its renewable energy development, coastal management strategies, agricultural production and climate adaptation policies.
