Myanmar

Myanmar is a country in Southeast Asia bordered by Bangladesh, India, China, Laos and Thailand, with a coastline along the Bay of Bengal and the Andaman Sea. Its landscape includes river valleys, mountain ranges, tropical forests and coastal ecosystems, with a predominantly tropical monsoon climate. Myanmar is studied in relation to biodiversity, forest conservation, river systems, agriculture and vulnerability to cyclones and flooding.
