Madagascar

Madagascar is an island country in the Indian Ocean located off the southeastern coast of Africa. It is known for its unique biodiversity and high levels of endemic species resulting from long geographic isolation. Madagascar is studied in relation to tropical ecosystems, deforestation, conservation and climate variability.
