Report

A report is a structured document or account that presents information, analysis or findings on a specific topic based on research, observation or investigation. Reports may be produced by scientific bodies, governments, institutions or organizations and are used to inform decision-making, policy development and public understanding. In scientific contexts, reports often synthesize evidence and outline methodologies and conclusions.
